- Application form: first name, last name, email address, phone number, chosen program (full-time or part-time), specialization (jazz or pop), instrument and class choices, teacher preference, your questions and comments, and your consent.

Why we use it
- To answer your message.
- To handle your application: an application is a request, not an enrollment. We use your details to contact you about the next steps.
- Where you accepted analytics or marketing cookies, to measure use of this website.
Storage, sharing and retention
Submissions are stored in our own database and are only accessible to authorised staff of the school. They are not published on the website and are not sold.
